As you can see, this photo was taken before social distancing - but it is a great one. Here we have our Broker/Owner, Andy Smith presenting a check to Martha McLeod and Mike Claflin of AHEAD.   

For many years now, over a decade, we have been providing support to AHEAD in a unique way. For us, the buyers and sellers we work with throughout the year agree to have their escrow funds placed in an interest-bearing account, with 100% of the interest going to AHEAD to support their many housing-related projects to the residents of Grafton and Coos Counties. At the end of each year, we double the impact by matching the interest earned throughout the year. This year the match was $4,874.35, with a total donation to AHEAD in 2109 of $9,748.70.

We are happy to provide this support to AHEAD, which has made such an impact on hundreds of individuals and families by providing safe, affordable housing, and has helped hundreds of deserving folks enter homeownership. Our firms knows that homeownership provides many benefits to both the home owners, and builds a stronger community.
